DESIGN APPROVAL
Our Architect Consultant will provide a blueprint for your review. You’ll see a dimensional, custom view of your project that reflects your recommendations. We’ll meet with you, go over the details and finalize the blueprints to be presented for building permits.
PROBLEM SOLVERS
On occasion a different solution during a building stage process may be required. This can occur for many reasons. When changes are encountered, a Change Order is submitted for the project and approved during the remodeling process.
FINAL WALK THROUGH
When the project has been completed, we schedule a final walk through with you. We talk with you about the entire remodeling experience and answer any questions you may have at that time and efficiently and effectively address any issues you may have.
